For new admission students, the system will allow data entry, verification, and fee payment for Quarter 4 (January-March) of the 2023-2024 session from February 5, 2024, to February 28, 2024. Similarly, for existing students, fee payment will be accepted within the same timeframe.
Moreover, for the upcoming session 2024-2025, data entry and verification for Quarter 1 (April-June) will commence from February 5, 2024, and continue until March 27, 2024. It is essential for all KV teachers to ensure timely completion of student data entry and verifications as per the mentioned schedule and provide necessary guidance.
Please note that a transaction charge of 1.5% plus taxes will be applicable on KV fee payments made through any bank credit card at the Online KV fee payment portal or at PoS machines within designated schools.
In case of non-generation of payment receipt immediately after transaction, parents/students are advised not to make a second payment. The KVS fee structure, payment method, and process for promotion, demotion, and transfer to other classes/sections involve several steps. To initiate the process, the class teacher must log in and verify the existing student, followed by the principal’s login to verify the student’s details. After this, the principal can promote or demote the student based on their results from the MISC >> Menus >> Promotion/Demotion section. The student’s data will be in the entry stage in the class teacher log-in, where modifications can be made if required. Once the promoted/demoted students’ data is verified in the new class at both levels, only then will the challan for payment of subsequent quarter fees be generated.
For Class 10 students, it is important to note that board result declaration is due. All existing 10th-class students should be promoted to the 11th-class unused section (Sec C to Sec H) without verification. Failure to do so may result in the student paying fees in April. After the 10th result declaration, a separate menu will be provided for promotion/demotion, and verification of unverified records available in the 11th class unused section.
In case the school is only up to Class 10, then promote the 10th Class students in unused sec (10 Sec C to 10 Sec H) as mentioned above.
For 12th class students, all existing students should be promoted to the same class unused section (Sec C to Sec H) without verification. Verification of these students may result in them paying fees in April.
To initiate new admission steps, enter the student details from Student >> New Admission >> Data Entry Menu provided in the class teacher log-in. The teacher must then verify the details from Student >> New Admission >> Verify/Modify Menu. The principal will also verify the details from Student >> New Admission >> Verify/Modify Menu. Once verified, the student can make the fee payment, and it will be available in Existing students for verification/modification of subsequent quarter fee Payment.
